Gracious Living
Branchlands is a friendly, safe, independent living rental community for people 55 and over. We have only 69 bright and spacious studio, one and two bedroom apartments, some with ten-foot ceilings. Floor plans range from approximately 500 to 1050 square feet and feature carpeted entry, living room and bedroom(s).
The apartments are located in the three-story, 26-apartment Sargent House, built in 1997, and the four-story, 43-apartment Holtrust House, built in 1988 and expanded in 1999. Both apartment buildings have enclosed connections to the Manor House, electronically controlled entry, elevator service and are handicapped-accessible.
Help with personal needs is available. Comfort and security are paramount, and our staff is dedicated to the wellbeing of each resident. For extra assurance, we provide every individual with a personal Emergency Call System. In the event of medical emergencies, the world-renowned University of Virginia Medical Center and our community's Martha Jefferson Hospital ensure ready access to first-rate care.
